All photographs shown on dancingsunrise.com (“the Website”) or contained within the Dancing Sunrise source repository are the exclusive property of Dancing Sunrise.

Samples

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of any image published on the Website (a “Sample”), to deal in the Sample without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, combine, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Sample, and to permit persons to whom the Sample is furnished to do so.

Purchased Images

Digital image files which are not published directly on the Website (“Purchased Images”) are licensed for download and use ONLY by those who have purchased limited rights to the photo (“Licensed Users”) and/or those who contribute to the Dancing Sunrise website.

Commercial use of any Purchased Image is PROHIBITED without express permission from Dancing Sunrise.

Distributing a Purchased Image to anyone who has not also purchased the same Purchased Image is PROHIBITED without express permission from Dancing Sunrise.

Licensed Users are permitted to use, copy, modify, and/or print any Purchased Image they have purchased for any non-commercial purpose.

Digital images of any physical copy of a Purchased Image (e.g. scans or photographs of a print) may be treated as Samples and are afforded the same permissions therein.
